1. 7-Day Return Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a product return within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging materials.

2. Return Procedure

Navigate to My Orders and select the delivered consignment.

Click Request 7-Day Return and select the pertinent reason (Defect, Wrong Item, or Size Issue).

Once acknowledged by the vendor, our reverse logistics partner will collect the parcel from your doorstep.
