Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any order placed under an authenticated customer account is presumed authentic unless reported as unauthorized prior to warehouse dispatch.
Prices and stock quantities are configured directly by third-party suppliers. In rare events of concurrent orders exceeding verified factory inventory, ShopKart reserves the authority to cancel affected line items with immediate full restoration of buyer payments.
All agreements, policies, and disputes arising out of the usage of this platform shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, subject to exclusive court jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
